Capo Santa Fortunata Relais

Capo Santa Fortunata Relais is set in a historic villa at Capo di Sorrento, on the stretch of coast leading towards Massa Lubrense, a few minutes from the centre of Sorrento. Once the home of the Maresca family, Dukes of Serracapriola, it keeps its nineteenth century furniture, original frescoes and a collection of vases and Moor's heads scattered through gardens and verandas. The Mediterranean park covers about 10,000 square metres on three levels, among olive and lemon trees and panoramic terraces over the Gulf of Naples.

Suites and rooms

There are three units, sleeping 8 guests in total: the Don Giovanni Suite, 150 sqm with a private living room, walk in wardrobe and a large furnished terrace overlooking Vesuvius and the gulf; the Donna Elsa Junior Suite, 50 sqm with a whirlpool bath and a balcony over the garden and pool; the Donna Elena Deluxe Room, 25 sqm with a sea view terrace. The bathrooms recall Sorrento majolica tiles and every room has free wifi and TV with international channels.

Spaces and services

Guests enjoy the historic drawing room, the bright veranda, the traditional kitchen and the swimming pool, created from an old fountain and framed by terracotta and olive trees with the sea in the background. There is a vegetable garden, homemade products and cooking classes. The villa can also be booked exclusively, with all three rooms and every indoor and outdoor space, and it hosts weddings and private events.

You arrive by car along the Capo di Sorrento road and the property has parking. For a faster arrival there is also a private helipad among the olive trees, allowing guests to land directly on the estate.
